I love movies, but I normally wait for them to come out on DVD before I see them. I am never in a rush to see a particular film because most of the time they are real disappointments.

Mickey Rourke has always been an interesting actor. I liked some of his early work and then it just all went to shit and the plastic surgery started freaking me out so like a lot of people, I just forgot him. Well, he has made a movie called “The Wrestler” which is getting a lot of  Oscar buzz. I’m excited for Mickey.

I just went to the Searchlight website and watched the trailer and literally started balling. People, the trailer made me cry which doesn’t normally happen. I mean, I can be a cry baby while watching a movie, no surprise, but a trailer…Not Normal!

I hope this movie goes well for Mickey (he could use a real break). I look forward to seeing the film…I might even see it before it goes to DVD.
