They had 2 days, TWO DAYS!!! Less than enough time to read through the 1,100+ pages of the bill. Surprisingly, they are (the Democrats that voted for its passing) JUST NOW finding the earmarks that our President told us at his Address weeks ago "...was 100% earmark free...". Go figure...
