Raw Food Watch: Spiral Veggie Slicer & Debbie Meyer Green Boxes
I have been eating raw for a little more than a month now and I have lost 20lbs. Yay me!
Here is a little contraction that is going to bring my raw food meals to the next level. It’s a Spiral Veggie Slicer. I’ll take pictures of my dinner tonight; you’ll see. Check it out:
These are a few of Debbie Meyer Green Boxes which keep my fruits and veggies fresher longer.
Last but certainly not least is my dinner salad from last night. I admit, it looks a little wilted and sad, but trust me, it wasn’t. There were wild green, spinach, red and yellow peppers, tomato, cranberries, flax seeds, cucumber, pepper, celtic sea salt and homemade tahini salad dressing. Yummy!
Tomorrow I’ll show you the wonders of the spiral slicer. It is so cool.\\
