My favorite part of the chicken is probably the #drumstick. Enjoy the recipe w/wo skin, it's your choice. ???? CLEAN EATING CHILI CRUSTED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS Created by: LUSHIOUS EATS INGREDIENTS 1 omega 3 egg 2 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp olive oil 5 chicken drumsticks INSTRUCTIONS Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk. Then, using a separate bowl, add chili, garlic and oregano and mix well with a spoon. Set bowls aside for a sec. Add olive oil to a baking tray, smoothing evenly around the pan using a silicone brush. Using clean hands, pick up a drumstick with one hand, dip it into the egg and fully coat it in egg juice. Using your opposite hand, add drumstick to spice, twisting the drumstick around and using the same hand to sprinkle the spice into any uncovered area. Set the drumstick on the baking tray once fully coated in spice. Continue with all drumsticks. Pop the tray into the oven and bake on 350°F for 45 minutes* or until skin is slightly crunchy.
