Here is a great 4 minute video about some of the symptoms of changing to a Raw Food diet…DETOX!

Almost immediately, I began to feel light headed and really very tired. I would get sleepy soon after drinking my morning green smoothie. I thought oh crap something is wrong with me and I need to stop, but I just did a little research and found that my symptoms are totally normal and nothing to be alarmed about. Thank goodness for the folks at Tree of Life. This happened back 2009/2010 when I first went raw on green smoothies.
