In an effort to be greener we recycle. We started out using plastic bags for the recycling and that began to be a serious annoyance. We were surrounded in the kitchen with these little plastic bags full of recycling. I thought, we have got to do something about this to make it easier. Low and behold, my town took the first step; I awoke one morning to find that the city had given each residence a trash receptacle dedicated to recycling. I thought this is awesome, go my town! Woohoo!

Now for my part; I started looking for a garbage can with dedicated compartments and I found one that works well for my home.

Now, on to composting???
